To become a top-tier platform like "Bolt" and "Uber" and provide quality services to customers while collaborating only with reliable service providers, we ask you to provide documents that identify the Partner and their vehicle.

All your data and documents are securely stored on our powerful servers from Germany, which are considered among the safest in the world. Additionally, our development team has extensive experience with various sized projects in Lithuania and abroad, so they constantly monitor all necessary security indicators.

We store your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 (EU) (GDPR) and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Service prices are determined using complex algorithms and correspond to the current average market prices that customers pay for various roadside assistance services.

The price consists of: a fixed price for a specific service, e.g., car jump-start + a variable price for the kilometers you travel to the customer and back.

When working with us, there are no fixed or hidden monthly fees for using the Traffi Help Driver app.

Only a 12% commission fee is applied to each completed order. If you don't receive orders at that time - you don't pay anything.

You can terminate cooperation with Traffi Help at any time by simply clicking the "Delete Account" button in your app menu and filling in the required form fields.

However, we hope this won't be necessary, as with Traffi Help you will be able to achieve better results for your business than with previously existing methods.
